Plaza de Cort. A place to visit

by Palma Beach

Palma is a place that maintains its appeal throughout the year. And just 10 minutes from Palma Beach. An ideal place to get lost in its streets and visit some of the main places of interest.

The Plaza de Cort is one of them. In it is the historic Palma Town Hall, built in the mid-17th century. The name of the square comes from the fact that the city court met there.

And another of the most significant elements of the square is the centenary olive tree of the city. Known as the "Olivera de Cort"

Did you know that the almost 600-year-old olive tree has been there since 1989? He spent all his previous years in Pollença. And it was just transplanted.

It is worth visiting and then continue walking through the surrounding streets. Full of charm and traditions.
